  • بنيت لوحة تفاعلية تتابع المشاريع عبر 6 مؤشرات، مع فلترة حسب الإدارة والحالة والأولوية.Built an interactive dashboard tracking the projects through 6 KPIs, filterable by department, status and priority.
  • كتبت مقاييس DAX لحساب نسب الإنجاز وتمييز المشاريع المتأخرة تلقائيًا.Wrote DAX measures to calculate completion rates and flag delayed projects.

  • طوّرنا تطبيق جوال بـ Flutter (Dart) في Android Studio لتنظيم حملات الحج وإدارة تدفق الحجاج إلى الجمرات، بثلاث خصائص أساسية: جدولة الحملات، وتتبع الحشود، وتتبع المواقع لحظيًا.Developed a mobile app with Flutter (Dart) in Android Studio to organize Hajj campaigns and manage pilgrim flow to the Jamarat, with 3 core features: campaign scheduling, crowd tracking and real-time location tracking.
  • صممت 13 شاشة في Figma وحوّلت متطلبات المستخدمين إلى نماذج تفاعلية قبل التطوير.Designed 13 screens in Figma, turning user requirements into clickable prototypes before development.
  • قدت فريقًا من 6 أعضاء عبر 5 مراحل، من المتطلبات والتصميم إلى التطوير والاختبار والعرض النهائي، وسلّمنا في الموعد.Led a team of 6 across 5 stages, from requirements and design to development, testing and the final presentation, delivered on schedule.

Documented and summarized the outcomes of 2 official meetings, and worked with the office team to deliver presentations and reports on time.
